PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT

Kamber Xclusive uses different production and fulfillment methods depending on the product, release, inventory availability, and other operational factors.

Certain products may require approximately 2–3 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment.

This production and fulfillment timeframe is separate from carrier transit time and does not mean that shipping itself will take 2–3 weeks.

Ready-to-ship products may be processed and shipped sooner.

Orders containing products with different fulfillment timelines may be held until all items are ready or may be shipped separately at our discretion.

Production and fulfillment timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur due to production volume, material availability, fulfillment partners, holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By purchasing an item with a disclosed production or fulfillment timeframe, you acknowledge and accept that timeframe before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES FINAL

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in our Return & Refund Policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Kamber Xclusive does not generally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, incorrect product or color selection, accidental purchases, or other customer-related reasons.

NO CANCELLATIONS

Because products may enter production, processing, or fulfillment shortly after an order is received, customers should verify all order details before completing checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Carrier transit times begin after production and fulfillment have been completed and the package has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier.

Estimated carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed by Kamber Xclusive.

KX is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday disruptions, service interruptions, or other delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

KX may require your order number, photographs, packaging photographs, and other reasonable information necessary to review the claim.
